[Hammarlund] Unstable Oscillator adjustments in the HQ-180

I can't remember if the Hammarlund receivers have a hex core tuning slug or a
screwdriver slot. I think it's hex.

One thing that can cause tuning flakiness is a piece of slug broken off and rattling
around in the can.
