[Hammarlund] aligning pointers on HQ-170A

Hi Bob,

I'm getting better at skimming through the electronic manuals. That 
little knob to the right of right hand dial moves the hairline over the 
right division on the dial itself. See the part of your manual that 
covers "CW Calibration with the crystal marker".
