[Hammarlund] HQ170A main tuning slop

Although I am not as familiar with the HQ-170 as I would like to be, my 
HQ-110C had a very sloppy dial at one time with loads of backlash.

What I eventually found was that the nut which is on the back of the flywheel 
in the tuning mechanicals was loose.

Tightening that nut fixed my problem.

However, as I indicated above, the dial mechanism in the HQ-170 may be 
different. Besides, this may not be your problem either.
