[Hammarlund] HQ-110 clock

About a year ago I overhauled a HQ-110C and still have issues with the 
clock.  I got a new lens but the hour hand just hangs to the bottom.

I am not a clock man so what do I need to do to get the clock hour hand to 
work correctly.  The clock runs fine.
