[Hammarlund] HQ-180 alignment issue

I would encourage you to go through the alignment again by the book, and
be especially careful doing the second conversion mixer adjustments. Take
your time and don't miss any steps. Also, 6C4 tubes can be squirrley at
times. Some work well; others become flaky at higher frequencies.
