Thank you, Al (and Bernie) I had forgotten about that part of the problem, 
which is very real.

As I said, I use bucking transformers on my old gear.

I much perfer to run my old gear at 110 VAC: 120 VAC is almost 10% higher, 
and 125 VAC even higher yet. The HV output follows that: 10% increase in 
input equals at least 10% increase in output, depending on the turns-ratio.

However, Jack was talking about the differences in voltages on the two 
documents he has.

As I said, I don't think those differences, with the exception of only one, are 
of any concern whatever, and even that one may not be a concern 
depending on what part of the circuit it is "attached" to.
