I think you mean-you crank the pot CLOCKWISE to activate the switch. I have only seen pots like this once or twice in my 69 years! I doubt very much that you will find one. Remove the original pot from the set, and carefully dismantle it. Clean everything in acetone, and examine. If you don't find any obvious damage, re-assemble with a drop of oil on the shaft, and replace it in the radio.ChuckN1LNH
