[Hammarlund] BFO - Q-Mult Pot for HQ-100

Hammarlund Team,

I picked up a very  nice HQ-100 last weekend and am enjoying it. 

The BFO / Q-Mult Pot, 10K, R13, is scratchy beyond a simple cleaning. What is interesting about this 10K pot is that the BFO activation switch is on the back of the pot, but works in reverse. That is, you crank the pot from the normal end  stop  counterclockwise to switch off. 

I'm on the hunt for a new one but what is the actual terminology used to describe this? What would I search catalogs for? Is it called a reverse action switch?
