If you mean the tag on the lower left I have no idea
but it looks like someone's initial.
I would be very careful of this RX, the dial shutter is
missing, no power supply, original knobs are gone (not
really important). Original S meter replaced with something
else. Also, there are a couple of goof plugs on the front.
If you can get it for the current about
$50 its worth it but not for more.
BTW, this is the HF version which traded the broadast
band for 20 to 40 mhz.
