OK. Gents, here it is. It is not a PDF, but a JPG. Everything you need is on 
the JPG. The 5814 is a subminiature triode. From the info on the JPG you 
can reverse-engineer it for your own particular application.

Also, I should have been more clear about the connections of the Zeners: 
when I said "back-to-back" what I meant was that they are connected 
cathode-to-cathode, in series, not in parallel.

For the any tube requiring 6.3 VAC, the diodes are 6.8 Volt Zeners.

If anyone who asked for one does NOT get this (I am BCCing it), please let 
me know.
