[Hammarlund] Ultimate receiver??

My ultimate receiver with timeline towards the end of the tube era is the
Rohde & Schwarz EK07, and the Siemens E311; early to mid-1950's is the
Soviet R-250M, and the US R-390A; ultimate 30's design CW receiver is the US
Navy RAL series receivers, which gives excellent performance even today.
Some of my other favorites in the ranks are the RCA AR-88 and CR-91, the WW2
US Navy RBB/RBC pair; late WW2 Canadian Marconi CSR-5 (Canadian Navy). There
are other commercial and military receivers in my "stable" I also like to
use, but I won't list them in this context.
