[Hammarlund] alignment on HQ-170

Unless you inspect, verify and/or replace every capacitor and resistor in
that receiver, especially in the RF, Mixer, and IF sections, the
alignment will never be perfect. The parts in the receiver are roughly 50
plus years old, and probably more then a few parts have aged beyond their
specifications. The 170 series were nice receivers but I would never
consider them to be great receivers even after being massaged with
today's high tech test equipment.
