[Hammarlund] questions about the HQ-170

Briefly, the 170A had a solid state rectifier, 2 meter dial scale,
accessory socket, socket for receiver and transmitter control, flip open
lid, mixer1/hfo filament on all the time, changes to the AVC section, and
probably a few other circuit changes I don't remember.

170A-VHF had 20 tubes, covered 160 to 2 meters, 6 meter preamp, and
probably some additional circuit /component changes.
