[Hammarlund] SP600 ReCap BBODs

Yes - here's where it pays to buzz them with a meter rather than try to 
rely on the color - there were a number of them early on that had those 
two reversed. In fact, the old Air Force SP-600 manuals show them 
reversed. Very confusing.
