[Hammarlund] Caps?

Bob-
Recap, and don't miss the bypass caps hidden inside of IF transformers T4
and T6.
Also, notice that in the Hammarlund SP-400 manual, there are some decimal
points missing, listing .25mfd capacitors as 25mfd with just a slight space
where the missing point belongs. These errors are corrected in the parts
list in Riders Vol XV.
