[Hammarlund] BC-1004 dial mask

Recently I realized I did not have the tuning dial mask for my BC-1004.
I got the dial covers from a B.Collahan in Cedar Rapids who was 
dissembling a BC-1004 but I have lost track of him.
I wonder if anyone else has contact info for him or knows him.
He was fair and gave me a good deal on the parts. Also got a variable if 
control/transformer from him.
I guess it is the same part on the SP-200, BC-779, etc.
