[Hammarlund] Dial Cord Re-Stringing

You beat me to it Bob. Ive also been using the fishing line tools on
dialcords for decades. Some years ago I had to go into a crafts store for
the wife and also picked up a knot tying tool which has come in handy
several times.
Its good to see these various hints surfacing as new blood enters the hobby.
