[Hammarlund] Hammarlund clock problem

WHEN this interesting issue is resolved, please be sure the original Q and 
the final A are printed to this list for all to read.

For what it is worth: There are some interesting items in the Hammarlund 
archives dealing with their clocks. You can read them from the Hallicrafters 
web site. From the home page, click on the link to the archives. Select the 
list you want to search, Hammarlund in this case, set the search criteria 
and go for it!

You can search by a key word or phrase or model number etc. Enjoy!
