The better question might be - is it really a museum & database, or

I've only viewed this site a couple times in the past, as so much
information was inaccurate. Things as simple as the color paint used
or weight showed clearly that this was someone's personal comments on
things as they see them, not something you could rely on for accuracy.
I see he's cleaned it up a lot by dispensing with much of the
inaccurate commentary, at least. There's still room for improvement.
My approach has always been to check numerous sites when I'm searching
for info. Most helpful as Carl points out, are the actual scanned
manuals online at BAMA and elsewhere. Manufacturer's data and
schematics are hard to screw up. I've noticed a lot of the
misinformation seems to get copied from other sites and propagated in
that way.
As seen in this thread, these lists are one of the best resources
online for accurate information.
