[Hammarlund] R-620 manual?

Folks, I am searching for a manual for the Hammarlund JX-28, a.k.a. the 
R-620. It has a number of interesting circuit differences with the 
standard SP-600 line, like a revised AVC system that uses an extra 
driver tube. A 30-page supplement to TM 11-851 was issued that describes 
the differences with schematics and wiring diagrams.  Someone sent me a 
few pages from it years ago but I have long since lost the email.

Anyone every seen this manual? I sure would like to borrow it long 
enough to make a scan.
