[Hammarlund] Green front panels?

That's my guess! Cleaned up nice, though. From what I've found on the web, it's one of the early pre-war ones with a 1/8" panel. Later ones and all the military ones, I think, were either 1/16 or 3/32, I'd have to look it back up again.
