First of all, the guy's feedback is pretty low, which would indicate that he 
doesn't really know what he is doing.

Secondly, I cannot understand why sellers such as he don't do a search on 
completed sales to get an idea of what more realistic selling prices might be.

Thirdly, why can't these people ask someone who knows more than they?
