Yes. New HP hot-carrier diodes.

I would recommend those HP hot-carrier diodes I have used. However, I'll 
have to look them up. I bought mine at Mouser for only a few cents each. At 
the time, I bought enough to keep me in them for at least 20 years, so I no 
longer have the catalog number.

I've used them in practically every Heathkit SB/HW SSB transceiver or 
transmitter I have ever had. Carrier suppression was always very good, and 
the balanced-mod adjusted to minimum feed-through very easily.

I didn't have the means to check the depth of carrier-suppression in DB, but 
it was always better with those diodes than with the originals I replaced when 
viewing the carrier output in either USB or LSB with a scope on the antenna 
jack..
