[Hammarlund] HXQ-300 and PRO-200

>From what Frank Lester told me the HXQ-300 did have working prototypes.  The 
PRO-200 also apperas to be based on the KW-2000E.  The sheet I have on the 
PRO-200 is a much more basic front panel than the HXQ-300.

The main difference is that the HXQ-300 specs seem to indicate 200 kcs 
ranges where the PRO-200 is in 500 kcs ranges.  The KW-2000B had 200 kcs 
ranges and the later KW-2000E had 500 kcs ranges.
