[Hammarlund] HQ-129X Meter problem

Good afternoon,

I have a HQ-129X I am restoring and the S-meter is open. It appears 
to be open within the moving-vane coil, as the internal wiring is 
OK. Can anyone tell me what the meter specification is (ie: 0-1mA)?

And, if anyone has used a substitute meter, what were results of 
you effort.

On the odd-chance someone has a working meter to sell, please drop 
me a line off-list.
