Austin Healy 3000 with original engine, triple SU carbs and electric overdrive.

When challenged to a race by kids with Daddy's Corvette, we would say, 
"Sure! We'll start at 100 mph go up from there, OK?"

When we reached about 115, we would hit the dashboard mounted switch to 
the OD, and watch the shocked look on their faces as our RPMs suddenly 
dropped and we accellerated rapidly away.

Great fun! :-)

Those triple SUs were a real bear to keep in tune. Brit carbs are almost as 
bad as Brit electrics.
