Yep!  The days get longer, more exposure to light, the LONGER the watch 
dial glows.

Only exception I know of are the Military Issue one that are Tritium 
dial faces and hands.

They keep those on a Rope - so to speek.  They know who has them, where, 
and when.  Same as the Mil Issue Lensatic Compass.  Also uses tritium.

Both require disposal as radioactive waste.
