Yes. I understood that. I am "Fat Fingers" myself.

In any case, it is exactly 5/8" between the center of the "1" and the center of the "7", and the 
numbers are almost exactly 1/4" tall...so I am still in the dark.

If the missing number(s) are also 1/4" tall, then there is really only room for 1 number other 
than a "1". If the missing number is a "1", then there might be room for 2 of them.
