I think there are numbers stamped in the metal hubs but
I would have to take the front panel off to see them. I had
it off to do some cleaning. While there is a dial error the
tracking seems to be good so I am suspicious. I think this
is a fairly late receiver but am not sure. The front panel
has all white markings but is a darker gray than is usually
shown in the advertising illustrations. It looks too good to
be a replacement. This RX does not have 15 meters on the
band spread. I have not seen any databases for Hammarlund
serial numbers other than for the SP-600 and would be glad
of any help in dating the RX or at least determing what
variation it is.
It appears to have all of its original caps and there
may be a problem due to that. The caps are green colored
molded case paper units with paper labels. I don't remember
the brand. The RX is in its cabinet right now. It is a
surprizingly good receiver.
