Tektronix/Sony 323 mini-scope.  Very good condition.  Runs on internal battery or plug it in the wall.  Single channel. measures: H 3" W 7" D 9".  inputs: V axis & H axis.  All Controls work smoothly and no intermittants or scratchies.  Solid state circuitry. Disply is crisp and bright. Complete manual may be downloaded at K4XL's BAMA website.  This as good as it gets for a station monitor scope or general purpose portable mini-scope.  Note internal battery died a few years ago so if you want to run on batteries you must plug a 4 - 16 vdc source into the side via banana jacks or instal a suitable internal re-chargable.
