Duane & Richard:
Google Groups has something called a "Telegraph Key Group". The group's
description simply says : For the advanced collector and historian".
There is also a Yahoo Group called "Slowspeedwire" and their description
reads: "The Morse Telegraph Club is devoted to the preservation of
Morse communications. It's members are retired professional telegraphers
and hobbyists. To teach newcomers the art of Morse and for retired
telegraphers to keep up their skills, we gather together on Saturday
afternoons to chat in Morse code using computer modems and the telephone
lines. Using special equipment, anyone with access to a phone line and
this simple equipment can send Morse over the phone lines." You can
find them at:

I'm not sure if that is what you were hoping to find.....
