Hammarlund certainly offered a rack mountable version
of the 120, see the advertising for the receivers used by
the Byrd expedition. The photos show rack-mounted HQ-120-X
and Super-Pros in the same racks. The Super-Pros appear not
to have crystal filters in them, the earlier versions were
available without for a lower price. I don't know if the 120
rack mounts had different panels or an adaptor.
