[Hammarlund] Slipping tuning on SP-600

Hi Ed, Al, Les and Kirkland,

Back from work to find lots of good advice on the problem, thank you 
very much. Still a great radio, and as it's s/n 17566 the caps are OK 
(though some have been changed anyway)

And pipe-cleaner is indicated. So that was the reason I used to smoke 
a pipe: in order that there would still be some cleaners at the 
bottom of a drawer. :-)
