[Hammarlund] HQ-150 Line Bypass Caps Needed

Good afternoon all, 

The 120 vac line bypass caps in my HQ-150 made the ultimate sacrifice and saved the rx from more damage due to a lightning surge on the power line. None in the junk box. Does anyone have a couple they could spare...good orig parts (.01mf, Cer. disc, C53 & C54...not sure of the voltage rating) or modern day replacements..probably the best choice.. would be fine. And of course, parts cost and postage would be forthcoming.
