[Hammarlund] hq110 gone dead

Hi group. Was listening to an AM net on 80 meters on my HQ110 last night. Was working perfectly. I turned it off for about two hours, then turned it back on. The clock works, the dial lights work, the  S meter goes full scale and stays there and the radio is dead. Bad tube? Where do I start? Any ideas? Thanks, Mike.
