[Hammarlund] ID needed

It's an oven stabilized 1 MHz crystal frequency standard made by
Northern Engineering Laboratories of Burlington, Wisconsin (now defunct,
I think).   I would be willing to bet it has an entire oscillator
circuit and buffer amplifier on board.
