Here's what I estimate based on the TM and my experience.
The voltages are out of the TM, but some numbers are inconsistent, so I've  
used what I think is correct.  I've had to estimate current requirements  
based on tube data and my experience.
 
Starting from the right terminal on the receiver/power supply
 
1.    6.3 V ground
2.    6.3V hot   7A est.
3.     chassis ground
4.    +140V screens  20ma est.
5.    +270V plate volt   60ma est.
6.    +385 output plate volt   50 ma  est.
7.    -50V grid bias 10ma est
8.    AC switch
9.    AC switch
10.   not used
 
If you do get your hands on a power supply remember that there is no  
regulation, so the open circuit voltages are much higher i.e. 500V vs  385V.  So 
only measure the voltages with the PS hooked up to an operating  receiver.
