I hope you have replaced the .01 cap in the URM-25 adapter (or are  
using some other way to introduce the cap.)  The original caps in the  
little double BNC boxes that come with (some) URM-25's are almost  
certain to be leaky..

ALso, the much-missed Nolan Lee had to replace all the BNC patch cords  
that came with a URM-25 because they had become leaky or lossy or both.
