Rick,
www.tubesandmore.com (Antique Radio Supply) is the only source for new production twist-lock FP can multi-section capacitors I am aware of. I don't know if they have the configuration you need. My preference is to leave the original FP cans in place and install modern replacement caps under the chassis. I don't know about the "129", but in my HQ-145 there is more than ample room. Of course, you can gut the original can and re-stuff it with new caps. There are a couple of fellows that provide this service, but they use plated steel cans instead of the original aluminum.
Oh, I believe the "C" suffix simply meant that it was fitted with a clock.
Cheers, Bob KF6BC

I am also looking for the plastic lens over the readout with the line through it. One other thing, the oldest HQ129x with the red writing has HQ129XC. Does anybody know what the c means? Rick VE7RiK
