Hi Ron, glad to see you got some answers. How thick is the front panel? I have a commercial model, same bands. I can't remember the details, but some of the earlier ones had a thicker panel, 3/16", while the later ones were 1/8". The one I have is thicker and has a wrinkle finish. I thought it was a weird dark green. I removed it and washed it in the sink with some mild dish soap. It's black! Cleaned up nice. I got it about 15 years ago and it worked real good for quite a while, then the bathtub bypass caps started going one at a time. One thing to keep in mind when you do an alignment, the IF XTAL is 465kHz, not 455kHz. Tune your IF to 465. What a nice sounding radio, I can't wait to get it back together. The continuously variable bandwidth is nice. Would have been nice if it was a model that included MW BCST, but still real good. Enjoy!

Subject: [Hammarlund] IDing Hammarlund Super-Pro
Good afternoon to the group,
I have a military Super-Pro receiver that I would like some help
identifying. It has 16 tubes and the frequencies it covers are;
100-200 kc
200-400 kc
2.5-5.0 mc
5.0-10.0 mc
10-20 mc
Also, are the bathtub capacitors along the side paper and should be
changed?
