[Hammarlund] Old Callbook Listings?

Greetings, all--Wonder if anyone on the list has old callbooks from the 1960
and 1970 eras?  I'm a retiree who's looking to get a license again, and
would like at some point to apply for one of my old callsigns.  To that end,
I thought it might help my cause (once I have passed the exam) to have proof
of my old license(s), and since I no longer have the actual documents-lost
in several moves when I was in the Foreign Service-thought perhaps a
photocopy of the callbook page with my name and old callsign on it would be
useful. Even if it isn't, I'd welcome a copy for nostalgia sake!  From the
late '50s, when I lived in St.Louis, MO, I had K0ODR; from the late 60s, at
my Arlington, VA address,  I had W4VNA. 

 

 

 

If anyone can help with a photocopy of the relevant page of the callbook and
of the outside cover of the callbook to establish the timeframe, I would be
delighted to reimburse for any costs.
