Ed,
I have an Eico 667 tester which also has no info on the tube. The manual does provide
details on how to derive test settings for a tube if you have its specifications. You might give
that a try. I found specs on the tube at:
www.nj7p.org/Tube4.php?tube=112A
In case you didn't know, the UX-112A is a 112A with pins instead of nubs and bayonet.
Sounds like an antique.
I've been writing a computer program to calculate tube tester settings for the Eico 667/666
but have run into a bit of an ambiguity with one setting. I wish Eico was still around so I could
ask someone a question. So far it figures out the lever settings ok. I'm confused about one of
the rules but I'm close to a solution (I think).
