[Hammarlund] UX-112A Tube

This may be a off topic for this news group but I'm sort of a dilemma.
I have in my possession a UX-112A 4-pin tube.
It seems to be New in the Box.
I but I need it tested to make sure it's working.

For testing Tubes, I currently have a EICO Model 666 Tube Tester.
None of the charts on the Tube Roller,Updates checked and download from 
http://bama.sbc.edu. showed no listing from some of the information there.

Is there any one out there who may help me with the settings 
(Grid/Plate,etc,etc ) using a EICO Model 666 Tube Tester? Or know where 
I could the information ?

Any help or assistance would be most gratefully.....
