You're right...I do remember that conversation, and I do have the 
large-scale wiring diagram (the PDF is dated 3/08) so yes, I'm sure that was 
you.

I honestly don't remember us discussing costs (nor reimbursing you). Please 
accept my apologies...(shared publicly on list). I pride myself on paying my 
debts, having good "feedback", etc., etc., and I'm embarassed that I stiffed 
you. I don't know why this happened, but please chalk it up to 
miscommunication, lost email, brain fart or whatever.

Please let me know what I owe you & where to send, and I'll make good 
imemdiately.
