The 6GM6 is an excelent 7 pin RF tube that has excellent signal handling
capability. Ive used them in place of the 6BA6, 6BZ6 and 6DC6 in several
radios with a very noticable improvement on the higher frequencies.
It does require socket rewiring as well as reducing plate and screen
voltages plus a different cathode resistor.
However the improvement to a couple of Brand C and N radios made the work
worthwhile.
