One thing to remember is that the original electrolytic capacitors were usually in the +80/-50 percent tolerance range and modern capacitors are in the +/- 20 percent range. New capacitors are going to have values of 10 mfd and then 22 mfd since capacitor values today follow the "tolerance" values just like resistors have used for decades.
Many people just put individual capacitors under the chassis and just leave the old capacitor in place for "looks". New capacitors are going to be much smaller than the originals in physical size.

Looking at my notes I used a 20/20/20 in mine about 20 years ago.The HQ-129X which uses the same dual choke setup was 10/10/10 and I suspect so was the 120.
The only critical value is the input and 20 uF is well below a safe value for the tube. A 40 would be about the max there. Combinations such as 15/30/30, 20/20/20, etc would all work fine. IOW, you have a pretty wide choice and it boils down to whats available if you are looking for a can that fits.
