Yes, the Weller gun I have is getting in their fine with no problems and is melting the soldier, my main problem is and Al Parker pointed it out is I need a good soldier sucker that can get in there and suck the soldier out of the joints so I can actually see where the wires are wrapped around the lugs. My usual (lousy) method of melting and then pulling the wires out of the lugs with a pair of needle nose pliers is not working, can anyone recommend some good ones?
