Bill: A very common fraud is for a foreign buyer to "accidentally" send
you a cashiers check for more then the amount of the purchase. The
buyer will ask you to go ahead and deposit the check, but to wire the
excess amount back to him. In about a week to 10 days the cashiers
check will be returned to your bank as being a counterfeit. Your bank
will expect you to make good on the excess amount that was wired
overseas. The "buyer" is really not interested in the radio, he just
wants to con you into wiring him the "excess" amount in the cashiers
check. Be very careful.
