[Hammarlund] Collins filter adapter

I have some of the 353A versions including a couple of 31s for HRO
60s. One of the 31s has a feed through the top with a wire
attached. Soldered to the wire is a round metal thing about 3/16"
in diameter. The documentation I have does not mention it. It is
very nice and looks like factory.
One thing I have learned about Collins, you can never tell what
something fits for sure.
