The beast is back in it's lair,    
http://home.insightbb.com/~w9hak/index.htm      ,and all is well. It 
sounds as good as it ever did and I still have to reduce the r.f. gain 
on some strong cw signals to get a clean beat note. I believe serial 
number 18,190 is as good as it ever was. And besides my arms are tired 
of lugging the beast around.
